Native to Los Angeles, Karly has been in love with cinema her whole life. Years of auditioning for commercials, acting in theater, and anchoring for the local city news made her fascinated with the production process.

At sixteen, she taught herself the basics of how to organize a set by observing the crew at work, then soon after began to plunge into any production opportunity that was offered.

Karly is set to complete her bachelors degree in Cinema and Media Studies in Spring 2019, and pursue the MFA in Film and Television Production at USC shortly after.
